		<description>Thanks Jason.  I was actually quite pleased and the attention given this issue has been great.  I do fully intend to continue fighting the process and drive (with the help of a few friends) positive changes in Dept. Fish &amp; Game policies.

And sorry for the delayed response...I appear to have two fultime jobs right now.
