We must tread lightly when burrowing owl science and information are subverted under the guise of safeguarding the commonality. For it clears the egress and allows those residing atop the hierarchy to deem what is worthy of dissemination.  And even amongst incredible chatter, a lone voice is still worthy of falling upon the ears of those who wish to listen as it is just as effortless to walk away if the message is of no interest.  Intentions aside, when we promote and allow the subjugation on that which has been said, observed, and studied, we find that expansion of knowledge has been superseded by mere castigation because truth finds itself out of reach of the proletariat. 

It is far more offensive to completely remove the possibility of ever being offended.
